OPAP SA will make every effort to complete the assessment of each request as soon as possible, but is not committed to exact time-frames.

After the completion of the assessment and regardless of the outcome, the customer will be informed via email by the appropriate departments of OPAP SA.

In case the request is satisfied, the player will be informed about the description of the new bet (code, etc.) while the new bet will be offered through the entire network of OPAP Stores, both from the Apollo agent terminals and through the OPAPBET terminals.
